It needs polishing, and some editing, pacing and expansion and omissions, but there is some great potential here.

McLaren is my second team in terms of who I root for. Id also like to see Williams get back to being a top marker.
I dont really root for or against most other teams specifically, because they often have a driver I like. For example, Alpine seems to be a shitshow often but I like Gasly.
I wish VCARB/Racing Bulls was bought out though because I dont like having essentially two teams from one "constructor" which it isnt but...it is. So I wish that was Lotus/Porche/BMW/Alfa/Benetton/Honda/Jaguar/Minardi...whatever.

Ha, yeah I like your "it isn't but....it is" comment, a definite paddock thorny issue. I t would be wonderful to see Williams raise to the lofty heights they once occupied, perhaps with Carlos it could improve a little quicker

no, I guess in the rules there is a rule that states "Please do not post story submissions to the forums. You may post short snippets (less than 3 paragraphs or so) for discussion, but please post your full stories to the story side only."

no idea exactly why, especially if I wanted to get feedback before editing/publishing, but we cant always understand all the rules, just gotta obey them!

update: thanks for the private dms telling me that my story got you aroused and such because you could picture me doing this/that, it was real, it set the story and background and whatever...I appreciate that. Yeah, but the FIA didn’t want to let Andretti in, go figure. I for one will watch it because of Andretti and a new engine combo.

I started watching in the days of lauda, hunt, elf 4wheeled cars, the Gary player special and of course Senna imho one of the best. Saw a video of Hamilton driving a senna replica that really brought home how much F1 has changed since then. And I also love the halo

Yeah well...I get it in some cases. Its a very expensive sport but for some drivers...they dont deserve to be there at all (I am looking at you Stroll)...others maybe had their chance and either didnt have the pace, the luck, or in some cases, the car...to compete. But not everyone can be Lewis, Max, Charles, Alonso...etc...
