You are so kind to me, thank you - and @Chloe_Harper both… I think there is a lot I suck at on guitar, but I think there are a few things, I am really good at… and you make me feel good about my playing. I appreciate the kind commments more than I know how to articulate. Thank you. 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏

I love hearing a good giggle, I don’t think I have one.., but my cat, licking her ass in front of the camera… was too funny to me. That and my totally screwing up a line in the song. It was so bad, it made me laugh about it.

But I consider these to be like live performances (like I used to do, most weekends). If you screw up, mid song, you need to blow it off, and move on as though it never happened. It is probably better to pretend it was on purpose, but when the audience sees you acknowledge a mistake, they almost like you more for just owning it and moving on.

I played in a band, that a very close friend helped me land the gig. His complaint about that band, was the lead guy, was “so serious” and “unforgiving “. But.. I am me.. so one night, on stage, something totally freaky came out of my bass… I do not even know how I managed to play something so weird. Band leader, looks over at me, clearly unhappy… I give him back the “fuck if I know” look, and I am playing it right again, and laughing… he starts laughing and we continued on with the gig like the pros that we were.

My friend, would have been defeated and upset by that evil stare… but… by being real, laughing and admitting, I fucked up, no excuse, he wasn’t mad (he has fucked up before too) and we all had a laugh about it. I loved playing in that band… especially when it was just a trio, guitar, bass and drums. We were really, really good that way. Super happy memories for me now. 🥰🥰🥰
