If judges are your issue, elect better representitves who will nominate and confirm better ones. I'd suggest that Congress introduce requirements for minimum age and perhaps additional requirements for experience. The judges aren't giving the government any time to respond before they're enjoining the government. Basically, the judges are agreeing with the complaining parties from the outset and ignoring that the government is a separate but coequal branch.

There's tons of precedent that the remedy for gov employees who are claiming that they were wrongfully fired is only available in a specific court and not the general Federal courts. Yet the judges in the general Federal courts enjoined the government from terminating said employees AND required the government to reinstate them. This is being done contrary to the law.

It's that type of thing which makes those judges into rogues.

Judges ALWAYS err on the side of caution in the beginning. I have Been in courtrooms for 19+ years. It takes time for discovery, motions, etc. So a judge is going to err on the side of concern and not make a hasty decision

Judge Boasberg was appointed by George W. Bush in 2002. He was elevated by President Obama in 2011 and was confirmed 96-0, with every Republican supporting his elevation to the federal bench.

Chief Justice Roberts also appointed Judge Boasberg to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) where he served as presiding judge, and appointed him to the U.S. Alien Terrorist Removal Court as a chief judge.

The Chief Justice or any other Judge has no business commenting on a political matter such as the impeachment process which is wholly a function of the Congress, not the judiciary.

Congress needs to reel in this district judges and relegate theses judges to rule on issues within their districts. Need to create an appellate tribunal, perhaps consisting of one judge from each of the circuit courts for issues that have national relevance. IMHO
