I don't get "faking". The woman is cheating herself because if the guy thinks she is getting off, he's not going to change anything he does and she will continue to not enjoy herself (at least not as much as she should). Granted, some men probably don't care but I'd like to think they are in the minority.

I can see your point. There's nothing worse than having a selfish partner, but in my case, my girlfriend usually cums a lot sooner than I do.
