It would be great if it happened, but in my experience it is the exception not the rule. In the 30+ years I’ve been dating and sexually active this request has only surfaced once without my input. I’ve had a few partners that enjoy it, few more tolerated it, and it has been the dealbreaker on several occasions. Most of the time women have never thought about it. Most women that I’ve interacted with irl want a “manly man” and the idea of me dressing in panties or lingerie doesn’t really fit that description.
