Traditional Irish stew is made with lamb, onions and carrots and is quite a simple, poor man’s meal.

I love braised beef cheeks

Braised beef cheeks are delicious!! And porks cheeks.. those are just a treat!!
(Most things braised are overly yummy!)

Lamb is not super cheep here, but also not too expensive.
And that stew sounds pretty yummy!!
