You just wanted to get me to post somewhere, didn't you? How many of us here are gonna know what a spinto even is? lol

I sang for many many years, everything from classical choir music to opera to country to jazz, almost all on a volunteer basis. The old vocal cords are totally gummed up anymore, though.

Isn't a spinto just a regular tenor or soprano who's been retrofitted with afterburners?

I used to buy a lot of guitars and amps. But moved to a new house 10-12 years ago and my neighbor has at least 200 guitars. I just go over there now. Sold all but five of my own. I still have thousands of LPs and CDs to take up too much space.

I played drums for six years, I haven’t picked up sticks since graduation almost 20 yrs ago. There’s talk of a community band forming, for which I’ve been asked to join. Not to brag, but I was moved to high school band in 7th grade and got my band letter as a 7th grader.

Sure. Though it's probably a cheaper addiction. Unless you're buying originals.

I have a lot of guitars. 20+. I also have other instruments I don't even play. Or play well. Banjo. Mandolin. Bagpipes. Cellos.

I like the black strat with the black pickguard. That's a nice look. Sleek. Stealthy.

I'm not too good with doing mods on guitars. All mine are stock. I just constantly look for new ones. I love them all so much.

Started on drums at 11, by 22, expanded beyond live performance (since it was never enough) and built a studio when I bought a home. Bought a Tascam, guitars, bass, microphones, keyboard, piano, etc.. so I could start writing/publishing my own songs.
