Question for Mr. T's ladies...
I was out yesterday and saw a very stylish woman. Her outfit was striking but what really drew my attention was her hair. I assume she was late 30s/early 40s, but it was difficult to tell because her hair was white. As in not naturally gray. I know it's a somewhat popular trend in some circles but it was truly amazing. I can only imagine what it takes to get hair to be that "color."
If you had the opportunity, would you "color" your hair white?
some people are borrn without hair pigmentation and some go white/grey very early.
I have seen some beautiful makeovers of women who were part white/grey work with a hairdresser to push the color (or lack of color) farther in order to make it look more intentional, embracing the change and making the most of it rather than the sometimes disheartening shift from one color to another in a way that sometimes looks a little frumpy or random.
I have considered doing something like that at some point. Otw I am a natural girl. I don't dye or color my silver strands, but they are getting more numerous every day it seems.

Here's a link to a Pinterest page encouraging people to embrace their silver.

Lots of other resources too if you start looking.

I wouldn't. I haven't even used a hair tone that washes away over time for more than 2 decades - I happen to like my golden brown hair colour.

But my hair will likely turn white, not gray thankfully - at this point it's hard to see as I only have a dozen or two which have lost their colour, but white seems more likely for my colours, and I have it coming from dad's side.

The last wind storm uprooted another of my trees a bit. I had my neighbor who does that kind of work come look at it, and they're going to have to cut it down because it's going to fall down otherwise. He's giving me an awesome rate for taking out the tree, but I'm bummed because I'm losing another tree.

I’ve discovered that HBO Max also has TCM. Tonight I’m watching a samurai movie, Lone Wolf and Cub. It was a big series in Japan.
A Samurai movie? Cool! Is Tom Cruise in this one?

*runs out of the room giggling... because I think you'll throw something at me...*

Tonight’s tv event: 2001.

Hope I stay awake through the whole thing.

In all the times I’ve seen it I still have the same gripe. For all of Kubrick’s genius when the bone turns into a space shuttle the angle is wrong in the transition. It bugs the hell out of my ocd.

Are you HAL?
