I have always said you are solely in control of your happiness, contentment and moods. Sure times fluctuate between good and bad often. But if you surrender your state of being to someone else's opinion of you, that is on you. Love the comment of "investing in the things that choose you"! So Powerful. We all have value and noone should ever be allowed to steal that away.
