I was trained do do massage by a Mayan shaman, he barely spoke English or Spanish but told me I had a gift and he wanted to train me. at time I was teaching yoga in Tulum before Tulum became popular ( it was mainly dirt roads) Over a months time he trained me daily and then the resort made me a therapist. I did go on to study more massage in India and Thailand but never went to formal school for certifications in the US.
One of the many stories I have.

here's a fun Friday fact about me...
I grew playing softball and I'd sit in the back of the bus after games and completely change my clothes w/o anyone even noticing. Which I got made fun of for.
