Who cares? They are all shit holes filled with poor people who soak up tax dollars. So you can point to a few failures. I'd rather maybe California, New York or Illinois than maybe be Texas or Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Loiusiana, pretty much anything south of Mason Dixie and East of Texas.
And that's not even counting those states that are really just place holders.

Sure....and why? Shit tons of people have it on clear days....even hood ass no job having broke ass's in public housing across the bay have it. I would need a telephoto lens from this range to take a pic with any detail but believe it or not the edge of the white glare and the land just up and left of my thumb. That's the bay and when it's clear you can see across it to the bay bridge, SF, Alcatraz and the south end of GG.
