At this point I'd like to clear up some confusion.. 40 is not old. Most of the people I know are 40 and younger and they're having more fun than the 20 year olds who have no idea what to do with their live, how to pay their bills and a lot of them seem lot in that Gen-X angst thing.

Truth be told, I'd rather hang out with most of the members of this board than the twenty three year old guy I work with whose idea of a great weekend is sucking down Bacarti (sp?) until he pukes inside my car.. and outside my car.. and in the bathroom at the motel.

By the way, my father's fifty-nine.

I think that makes me the youngest of all. I was born December 6th in 1981. Not that I remember it mind you, well, I do remember going into the light...
I just turned 19, and I am already thinking about how old I am. For christmas I got a whole bunch of cologne and crap, and during the whole time I was waiting to get to the toys, but it never came... ahhh the midlife crisis, and at 19 too.
I just realized that in less than a year, I won't be a teenager anymore. Come on? I just turned a teenager like yesterday, and now I have to be a... well not a teenager anymore.
Not that I mind much... I still can't gamble. There's something to look forward too, and buy beer. If I ever want to feel young I could always get carded at a bar. There's some satisfaction in that.

Whenever I feel like I'm growing out of my youth, I can go to the movie theatre and listen to the manager say I don't look 18 when I want to see an R rated movie. lol It's weird that they give me trouble at the theatre, but a friend of mine has been getting cigs from a market since he was 16 with a fake ID.

Pooh, Buddy Bear, my other brother, I DID have a nervous breakdown at 19. I was trying to juggle 40-50 hrs. at work, 16-20 hrs. at school, an attempted social life, online, and sleep. Not to mention, I was having a lot of trouble at work with one of the managers. But, that's another story.

You are both wrong. 1977 is when General Motors begin downsizing all of their good cars and that screwed their sales BIG TIME. And 1981 was not that great since we had Reagan in office. Though I was born in 62' and we still had JFK in office, I was more fond of 1976. That was the last year of the huge sized cars that one could live in and never have to worry about adding on....LOL
Just imagine..the 1976 Buick Electra 225 Limited..the last of the "boats".

Oh I remember now. 3rd grade. And the only girl in class that wore a bra. Not one of those training things either. Nope...I didnt need any training. Just popped out overnight..not long after my 9th birthday.
