25th Weak of the Trumpanzy!

In mid-Feb 2017 the BBC reported that the Russian defense minister declared Russia is waging war against the West using "information troops". Russia is engaged in military attacks on the US. It's war, folks, openly declared. USAnians collaborating or conspiring with the Russian gov't are guilty of treason, period.

Ropes are reusable.

Is Mike Pence going to be the next president?

It would be irresponsible not to speculate!:)

Vice President Mike Pence appears to be distancing himself from the president as Donald Trump’s allies seemingly become further mired in the Russia investigation.

Pence, who started a political action committee in May with the help of his former campaign chairman, Nick Ayers, on Tuesday released a statement that has added to speculation that the former Indiana governor could be breaking away from Trump.

As news emerged that Trump’s son, Donald Jr., had been promised damaging information on Hillary Clinton ahead of a meeting with Kremlin-linked Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya, Pence’s press secretary, Marc Lotter, said in a statement shared on social media: “The vice president is working hard every day to advance the president’s agenda.”

Over the past few days it has also emerged the the vice president has held private meetings with donors and conservative political leaders, The New York Times reported. His press secretary insisted the events are not fundraisers but private events, with one attendee also stating the events are in keeping with what is expected of a vice president.

“Mike Pence is the ultimate team player and works every day to help the president succeed,” Indianapolis lawyer Robert T. Grand, who attended a June dinner with Pence, told the Times.

“There were a lot of folks who, if you were vice president, you would want to meet; corporate executives, other government leaders, people from past administrations, not just donors,” he said, adding: “any administration, past and present, has an interest in getting to know folks. If you’re an incumbent president and vice president, then that’s part of what you do.”

Line up those rich 'Speaking Fees" while the sun shines.:)

Congressmen officially file articles of impeachment against Donald Trump — and say ‘Republicans will join’

“Filing Articles of Impeachment is the first step on a very long road,” the statement reads. “But if the impulsive incompetency continues, then eventually—many, many months from now—Republicans will join the impeachment effort.”

Sherman has indicated that he may invoke the “privileged motion” of impeachment filing — a parliamentary rule that requires the entire House to vote regardless of whether the House Judiciary Committee chooses to take it up.

“I would hope that the Article, once submitted, would receive expeditious consideration by the Judiciary Committee. However, if it becomes clear that such consideration is not forthcoming, I (after consultation with colleagues and leadership) will make a privileged motion that the entire House of Representatives immediately debate the Article,” he wrote.

And so the curtain raises on the final act of the Trump tragedy.

Impeachment won't happen. A GOP Congress wants to eviscerate the world economy for their owners' benefit, not waste time with impeachment hearings showing their mandrill asses. A 25th action is more unlikely, but still quite improbable -- a majority of Tromp's cabinet swine won't conspire to remove the guy who empowered them.

No, I don't see either impeachment or the 25th kicking into gear seriously until at least the midterm elections (and I'm afraid I think the dumb voters won't make the connection of who they vote for and who's doing what now in the midterms). I can see Trump having a stroke or heart attack and leaving that way. And I can see all of those around him (or most of them) being slowly stripped away from him. Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

Is Trump the worst human being we can imagine? Here’s what 14 experts have to say

No doubt, there are historians who are already willing to call Donald Trump the worst president in history. It is hard to imagine how, in such a short time, an elected president could reveal how truly bad he is; how ignorant, insensitive, mendacious, dysfunctional, self-centered, and at times borderline psychotic. But all this may add up to more than just “worst president.” Trump may be the worst human being alive—the most hated person in America and throughout the world today.

How do you decide whether someone is the worst person alive? You probably include in your criteria stupid behavior, lies and cheating, lack of grace and charm, cruelty, obsession with revenge, and constantly putting other people down—the weaker the better. But it’s also important to check in on public opinion, or rather media opinion, to contextualize Trump’s horrific standing.

TV Cheat Sheet likes to keep track of all the truly unpopular people, and it has dubbed Donald Trump the “most hated person in 2017” so far. Trump was also number one in 2016, which kind of says it all.

Paul Ryan-Kevin McCarthy jokes about Putin and Trump sound even worse after reading Don Jr’s emails

A recording of House Leader Paul Ryan and House majority whip Kevin McCarthy joking last year about Vladimir Putin paying off Donald Trump sounds even more ominous after this week’s revelations.

Donald Trump Jr. released emails Tuesday that shows how he enthusiastically arranged a June 2016 meeting with a Russian lawyer promising dirt on Hillary Clinton, and he looped top campaign staffers Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort into the gathering.

The three Trump campaign officials met with Natalia Veselnitskaya on June 9, 2016, at Trump Tower, and Donald Trump tweeted his first-ever mention of Clinton’s missing 33,000 emails about 40 minutes after the meeting began.

Five days after the Trump Tower meeting, the Washington Post reported that the Democratic National Committee had been targeted by a massive cyberattack that U.S. intelligence services concluded had been ordered by Russian president Vladimir Putin.

So it appears the Rethuglicans knew about Trump Russian connection and did NOTHING! I hope Muller is taking notes!

Ex-RNC head Steele explodes on Trump for dragging the GOP through his ‘crap — every single frigging day’

Appearing on MSNBC Friday morning, a livid Michael Steele lit into the Trump Administration for the daily “drip, drip, drip” of information about links to Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election, saying the Republican Party is going to be decimated by it.

“I think it works along the lines of a general belief that no one will know what actually happened because there was no third party source to validate or corroborate who was in the meeting,” Steele began. “But, you know, we have a press corps, we have individuals as we’ve learned in this administration who do like to talk. And that information gets out — the drip, drip, drip. I’ve said it now for six months, the drip, drip, drip from this campaign and now into this administration will be its death knell, and it rings every frigging day for the Republican Party, and they better wake their butts up.”

“Why is the Republican Party letting this happened?” Steele was asked.

“They’re scared of one-tenth of 1 percent of a base that is lockstep with Donald Trump, and the leadership is frozen,” Steele replied as his voice rose and he began to tick off the lack of any progress the Republicans have made since taking over the White House and both houses of Congress. “They have cement around their feet and they refuse to move. They can’t get an agenda passed, seven years on health care? This is a joke. Infrastructure won’t happen, tax reform? Forget about it.”

Resist, Oppose, Impeach!

From the outside, the GOP always appeared to me to be a fairly unified party. I've never seen so many Republicans be so critical of a GOP administration.

That's coz they're RINOs and should really be over on the other side with the demons.

You seem too worldly to be so ignorant. It's your party that's the demonic party.

I'm sure you are still pissed that Johnson increased troops to your home country. That was years ago.

As the 25th weak of the Trumpanzy comes to a close we get this.

The Trump-Russia Conspiracy Is Getting Weird, Y’all. A HOLY SHIT Investigation Into WHAT THE FUCK?

Did you read Wonkette’s HILARIOUS BLOGTIMES POST about Donald Trump’s crazy-ass lawyer Marc Kasowitz and his maybe-drunk mean girl emails to somebody who emailed asking him to resign after seeing him on “The Rachel Maddow Show”? Have you been reading this week’s CRAZY NEWS about Donald Trump Jr. and his sexcellent conspiracy meeting with Russian lawyers, spies and hackers? Well, we’ve got a treat for you, because it turns out those two stories are connected!

As we’ve noted before, when Trump hired Kasowitz, it was reported he had BRAGGED to all his pals that he had “played a central role” in getting Donald Trump to fire New York U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. At the time, it was just kind of a “Meh, maybe he’s just talkin’ shit” sort of thing. But maybe it wasn’t! In his career, Kasowitz, on top of being Donald Trump’s thug lawyer, has represented big state-owned Russian banks. Bharara, meanwhile, was investigating this HUGE case of Russian money laundering when he was fired.

Indeed, in May, a couple months after Trump fired Bharara, the U.S. government settled the case he had been working on all of a sudden, in a move that stunned EVERYONE:

Well it was only $230 million laundered in New York Real Estate, much too small to get Trumpanzy's attention I guess?
