Man, Lea is bringing Yoshiro way out of character.
Finding pairings for our characters will be weird... I still think a "Lea"/Rikku combination would be best, just to get Rikku back into the game. Because I want Yoshiro to fight Lea and Tetsuru to fight Eiji...
Jocobo your Pm box is full. I guess your right. Rember I wasn't in the best state of might yester day. Two days out in the sun and very little sleep dose that to you. God, campings fun.
Any how I just was hopeing to aviod a team that I had complete control over. Why I don't know. Oh well I'll hjave Rikku ready to fight in no time.
Okay now I can ask my acutle question... or sujestion.
On the tournament I don't like the idea of an elimination set up. It would mean one of two us would not able to fight the other. So I'm thinking a score set up. The one who wins the most fights wins.
That way we can Have Hys team vs Jocobo's team while my team fight the other two and then Jocobo can fight the other team while I fight hy and then Hy fights the other team while Jocobo and I fight. Make sense.
Yeah, that sounds pretty good. Since we probably all want to fight each other...
...of course, Yoshiro and Tetsuru are going to beat all of you. I mean, duh. I wouldn't have it any other way.
...
^_^
Actually, how strong ARE all our characters? I'm curious.
Thinking Tetsuru < Touji < Lee < Yoshiro < Eiji, though I have no idea how strong Rikku is or where Milo, etc. fit on the scale... and I feel bad having Tetsuru the weakest, because she's actually a good magic-user. Maybe Lee is stronger than Yoshiro, though, not sure. Yoshiro combines physical power with good techniques plus elemental magic though...
...normally I don't play strong characters. Just watch cartoon brawl, and see how many fights I've won. ^_^
I place Lee some were between insanely good and unbeatable. Rikku is um.... below that. As far as phsyical strength is concerned Lee is behind Yoshiro but in speed he is way ahead. He also has a great deal of practice and fighting form. He dosen't use magic but can fly and has excelent control of his bodys energy. So that is the one spot that I could question.
Rikku would be at the back with a power situation like Tetsuru. She has healing magic mostly then a small amount of ofenseive magic. Item enchanting is her may skill wich might as well not exist in a fight. She has a great deal of agility as a cat and she may or not have nine lives. So expect Lee to kick butt and Rikku to um well heal mostly......
Hmm. Maybe Lee and Yoshiro could have a good rivalry go on, being tied with fighting ability. Considering the romantic situation, that would work out interestingly... ^_^
I'd be willing to have Yoshiro lose the tournament battle to Lee, but I'd hope it to be very close. Lee could dance circles around him, but Yoshiro has good area-effect special moves, so that might balance it out a bit more. Even so, getting kicked in the head five times between every special move would probably bring the big guy down.
If Rikku isn't very offensive, then Tetsuru would be placed over her, probably. Tetsuru has good mindshock attacks... Emotion Clout is a stunner, and her Final Attack, Impulse Storm, is a badass area-affect knockout move. And, of course, Tetsuru can sometimes get the edge on even really strong opponents with Suggestions.... I mean, who wouldn't stop a few seconds to stare, just a little? ^_^
Just to give poor Touji some affection, I would say that now that he has A Purpose (TM), he's probably stronger than Tetsuru. She's not very tough, and doesn't have much stamina for a fight, and he has projectile attacks.
Are Lee and Eiji tied in fighting skill, then? Or is Eiji still stronger?
Lee's so far ahead of eji it's not even funny...... Okay my opion is there's a dumb luck factor and if it's on Lee's side he could win. Other wise I'd say Eiji would win. Lee has speed and form going for him. Eiji may not accel in any stat but at the same time he dosen't seem to have any weakness other then not knowing magic. But he makes up with a wide range of psycic moves. Thats how I figure it any how. Only hy can confirm this.
Also if that dumb luck factor swings for Yoshiro he could win. Lee is durable but one good hit and he begins to slow down. But heck thats why Rikku has healing magic.
We don't know if Eiji is stronger than Lee, and for Touji, he could be extreamly powerful, if he could get his act together and find out what Eiji ment.
That if is pretty big right now. Also Milos level is still unknown he did survive a fight with Lee and Eiji even though he was Maki at the time, so at the very least he is durable.
Man, we are doin a lot of OOC on the story and not over here, now.
As for romances, I'm keeping the possibility of Lee and Tetsuru open, though that would get a little odd with Yoshiro and Lea -- yet that's kind of why I like it. However, Tetsuru probably won't get over her interest in Lee. And, besides, she wants to get better at martial arts. Yes.
Yoshiro obviously has a one-track mind with respect to women, so... no worries there.
Poor Touji. He gets nobody, so has to beat up people in back alleys. Sniff.
Basicly Yoshiro can't get over Lea's ass. I see how it is. (Thats why I'll never where a swim suite like that. It's just to risky!)
Actully Hy and I did the mojoirty of our OCC's in the thread before well when the dealt with the story. When we were just chating random garbage like I am now we did it over here.
Yea I figured more then Jacobo would join. Guess my therory was blow out of the water. Also the people that seem to be on dailly have already entered and left the thread so I'm lacking people to ask to join.
