39 [F4M] DC Metro Area

I'm a single, 39-year-old professional woman with an advanced education relocating to the DC Metro Area (the Maryland component) in early April.

I have focused on building my career for the past 20+ years, and would love to find someone who wants to combine the thus far and build a life together. I'm heavily more concerned about who you are and not what you do for money. I do not have any children, but am absolutely open if you do as long as you ARE actively involved in their life/lives. No exceptions.

My career takes up a good amount of my time, and I am also occasionally on-call. I do my best to honor my personal commitments, but there will be times where there are last-minute changes. In my free time, I prefer to lean more towards quiet activities such as reading, hiking, playing music, etc. A perfect date for me is lying in the back of a pickup truck watching the sunset. I generally only make appearances at bars when I am picking someone up.

Best of luck - the DC area is really hard for single women. Definitely find some activities outside of work, in person, to meet people. I lived there for a decade.
