5 inch stillettos

While 3 inch stillettos are a cinch to walk in I'm having terrible trouble in my new 5 inch boots. I cant seem to manage the graceful walk and hip sway that should go with it!!!!! Any ideas or tips in getting the walk right...very embarrassing falling face first!!!!!

Practice, practice, and practice some more.

Seriously, there is a reason why pimps always carried a cane, why a woman all dressed up in those stilleto's is holding onto somebodies arm, unless you wear the damn things every day for a long while you will have problems staying upright.

Also, if you can walk fine in a 3 incher, try getting a 4 incher and walking in that for a while then move on to the 5 incher.
