A bit of help

I am having a bit of trouble holding my pc muscle for a length of time. I can do 5-8 secs real hard. Since i m required to go on and hold it 15 secs then 30 then a minute. I realised i hold my breath and i also tighthen my abs a lot. So how can i go on about correcting this mistake if it is one and hold my muscle for a lenghty time.

Please help
 
The PC muscle is also the one that you can use to stop the flow of urine when you're on the potty. Stopping and starting each time you go to the bathroom will help you isolate this muscle and can also strengthen it.

Starting and stopping urine flow is good for identifying this muscle, but don't do it every time - I'm pretty sure I have read that this is not a good idea, from memory it can cause infection from urine not being properly passed . Once you realise where the muscle is you can do exercises to strengthen it - sitting at your computer, in your car at the lights, waiting in the checkout line...
 
I would suggest exercising the PC muscle by putting things on your unit while hard and lifting them...much like weight training. The longer you can lift and hold the weight between lifts the better.

Start out with a hand towel........then go on to bath towel,maybe even to a beach towel.

Go with a light weight at first with many reps to get started.
 
Thanks guys. I already know where my pc muscle is and I have been doing beginners/Intermediate exercises for about 5 moths now. It's just holding it longer has got me worried. I just don't breathe normally. The problem using weights is i can't maintain the erection for a long period of a time i kinda failed to mention that sorry. Any more suggestions are welcome
