I am having a bit of trouble holding my pc muscle for a length of time. I can do 5-8 secs real hard. Since i m required to go on and hold it 15 secs then 30 then a minute. I realised i hold my breath and i also tighthen my abs a lot. So how can i go on about correcting this mistake if it is one and hold my muscle for a lenghty time.
