Look kid, you could probably make it as a smuggler sure. You got brains, and charm. Hell if it weren't that it would get Chewie all in ruffle, I'd sign you on to the Falcon. But is that really the life you want? Always running, always looking over your shoulder? You never know who to trust andwhat little you sleep you sleep with one eye open. You'd be better off never getting started, turst me.

Then again..... you could be fun to have around when things got tight ;)

I'll pick you up at Cloud City and don't believe a word Lando says to you.

P.S. I shot first.

Okay, I'm game.
I'm going to cheat and use the list I already have on my livejournal, with a few additions, in the hope I'll get some new/different responses:

Keldry, Protecter of the Small (Tamora Pierce)
Lucy Pevensie, Chronicles of Narnia
Aslan, Chronicles of Narnia
Elphaba, Wicked
Epione, Les Miserables
The Phantom, Phantom of the Opera
Spike, Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
James Bond, any era

Salvo and Earl, Thank you for your posts!

*clapping with excitement*

Earl- loved the chinese and standard desperate ambiguity from Simon!

Salvo- loved the tough talking and Chewie reference!

Dear Vana,

I am sending you these three stone tablets with God's fifteen laws written upon them. I hope they arrive okay.

Cheating by posting the one which I've already given you...

I'm not known for my letter writing. Dru would always witter on about how my words could set alight a page with glimmering fire or some rubbish, but I never really got it. That's not me anymore.

You know, I should just tear this up and come do this in person. Eye to eye, face to face. That's much more my style. Screw the consequences, screw LA; in fact, screw Angel, preferably with something pointy and wooden. I'm my own man. I should come see you and we can... talk.

Although, as I recall it, conversation was never our forte, was it love?

A lot's happened since you and me last met. I'm not so sure I'm your bad boy anymore. Things have changed. I'll bet you've seen the headlines and I know you'll know I've an iron in the fire.

If it comes out like it's meant to, I'll drop in for a long... chat.

Until then, pet.

S

Dear HisLady,

How are you? I hope this letter finds it's way to you, I'm not quite sure how the Narnia Postal Service will get letter out through the wardrobe, although I have found that there isn't much these sweet, funny creatures can't do when they put their minds to it.

Peter, Susan and Edward send their greetings, even though they are too busy (or too lazy) to write to you themselves, they do remember you fondly, and begged me to add this line to my letter.

I am having just the most wonderful time here in Narnia, being Queen is just the best fun and it's nearly Christmas time again. Oh I love Chistmas and Narnians do it so well. Mr Tumnus is beside himself with excitement, as this will be his first real Christmas since SHE got rid of it. Eternal winter? I Just can't wrap my mind around that. Anyway, Mr Tumnus is just so sweet, he can not wait to meet Father Christmas. I do hope he will bring me doll this year, since there isn't a war going on any more, or some chocolate, maybe even a dolls house?

Well, I must go now, my queenly duties call,

Much love, and many kisses,

Lucy Pevensie. x

Or Hamlet or Macbeth, just because it would be interesting to see what they would write to me despite all their internal angst.

A letter to rawr_rae from Macbeth by Quiet_Cool:

"

The End

Not exciting, but I think it's accurate. Doubt he writes much, being as he's dead and all.

My pleasure :) I enjoy writing the Pevensies...I've got a Non-erotic story somewhere with them in it :)

Vicky,

It's been too long. Life is interesting as ever; full of danger, intigue and near peril. How's the quiet life treating you?

I'd love to pretend that I'm writing about business, but we both know that's never going to be the case. Truth is, I've been without for far too long and am planning a constitutional. I can think of no-one better to spend it with. You interested?

Your husband is, as always, more than welcome to join us.

What up you muddy porn fucker? Got a favour to ask. Need a place to crash in your town while we chase up this fucking bitch that scammed Bob out've his hard-dealt cash.

You wouldn't believe this shit; the tubby motherfucker gets to talking to this chick outside the QuikStop and she starts telling him some sob story about how her little girl just needs two hundred for an operation. I'm gone for two minutes, cause there were these chicks doing carwash round the corner, right and one of them's only wearing this tiny tiny top over some big-ass titties and I was just waiting all fucking day for it to pop off. And while I'm gone, Bob's bawling his eyes out and forcing her to take our fucking cashbox. Do you believe that shit?

Next thing, we find she's caught a flight outta Jersey with our motherfucking money. People, man. It aint fucking right.

Anyhow, last we heard she went near you. You hear any of that shit? Me and Bob are hitching out your way to get our motherfucking money back, like some fucking PI film or some shit. Like I'm Marlowe and he's Veronica Mars. You ever see that show man? Fucking fucked up when you been smoking but you gotta love a show with a hot little blonde who can touch her toes.

Anyways man, you got a room?

You seek remittance from me, you peasant swain! You whoreson malt-horse drudge!
O monstrous arrogance!
Feed well upon this missive, tis lewd and filthy and fodder for a maggot infested crest.
Your humble servant, nev'r,

I have been informed you desire correspondance from me. I do not comprehend the reason, but you are held in high regard by many here, and so I will comply.

This world continues to confuse me; the one called Wesley has tried to provide explanation, but his reasoning is weak and flawed. There is no reason the world should not be strong and glorious, as it was in my time. And yet, with so many faults, this world seems somehow more than before.
I wish to understand this.

I also seek to further understand emotion. Wesley seems to hold the belief that this is important, even though his is still disabilitated with grief for the one called Fred.

You will explain this to me.
