A Passing Interest - Redux

Hahaha.. oh, my. I'm sure your workout would involve lots of tension bands, resistance, and groans. And lube.. cause it's always handy to have around.
You know me well. :)

Let's see, here is the work out bench. Now, assume this position, and let me put these resistance bands in place. See, you struggle against the bands, just like that.

Let's get nice and lubed up for safety reasons. Now, feel free to moan as you're worked out, er, as you work out.

Don't forget to make use of the straight bar and some 100lbs weights. *whistles innocently*
 
Oh yes, I am a believer in the importance of stretching.
