mos espa is, i believe, the town in episode 1 where anakin and his mother lived. Cantina, meaning "bar" in spanish, is a common term for a tavern in the star wars universe. The bar where Han met Luke is called Chalmun's cantina, as it is owned by the wookie Chalmun, and it is located in Mos Eisley.

I read "Star wars encyclopedia" by stephen j. sansweet cover to cover when i was a lad of around 13. Dont feel bad, ive known very few who can match my star wars geekdom. I can tell you the lightsaber arts practiced by the main prequel trilogy characters.
