Yes well I am more of a wine drinker. I also enjoy cheeses, in particular I had a wedge of parmigiana in my frige for about a year. I enjoyed it to the last bite.

Really I fit the steroetype beter then most.

Although my favorite thing about my heritige, is the tanning. Sense I am only 1/4 Italian I am white, but unlike most whites I can be out in the sun, burn one day, put sun screen on the next, and tan enough to not need sunscreen the rest of summer.

As for Baskalics being the number one alien villian. You know that isn't true. Otherwise they would of been killed off. There are two major races, humans and kryeer. Both of those races are busy with others. Your snake just happens to be a fairly dangerous creature off of his home world. One of the minority that very few people ever see.

Or atleast that is how I interput this part of your bio. "Basilisks are a rare and elusive creature, and it is even rarer to see one off-world; in fact, as far as Max knows, he is the only Basilisk moving amongst the stars."

Oh, the "office" is a little side room here in the ORP. Imagine the ORP as a building, with various rooms. The "office" is one of those rooms. A little imaginaton is needed.

As for Basilisks, they are spread out all over the galaxy, with maybe a couple hundred, tops, on many planets, depending on the size of the planet, and other factors. They are indeed very elusive, knowing that many prize hunters go after them. The reason why they are not the most liked of creatures is because they see most anything that walks as potential prey, and they will often take the opportunity (provided that they hadn't just eaten). Parents often tell their kids stories about Basilisks that are meant to frighten. I think you get the idea now. They prefer to keep on terra firma, hence why it is rare to see one off-world.

I am still confused, if no one likes or trusts them how did they get the space ships to travel. Next if they don't like leaving the ground then why would they travel to another planet. Granted 800 years or so is a long time with much being able to happen.

As for the children's stories, the English wolf is extinct for that very reason. Shark numbers are down. Many species of snakes are killed on sight in many places. Tigers may never recover, grizzly bears just recently were seen in California again. The Florida Alligator was going extinct till they made a hunting season for it, (I can explain this on request.) All of these animals are supposedly dangerous to humans, so they were wiped out. Why not so with basilisks?


Now this is completely unrelated, but I was watching scifi the other day and they played a movie called Basilisk, and the monster was a snake. Why the hell have people made this lizard into a snake? I blame Harry Potter.
