Following a spot of steamy talk yesterday, I hoped that a long shower would help me calm down. After a while my mind started to drift though, and I got the idea to put on a show, of sorts. My camera was the only audience member, but it did add an extra zot of fun to keeping clean.

It can be hard to focus on properly aligning one's chakras and falling into healthy breathing techniques when surrounded by so many fit, scantily clad, straining women.

Sometimes the instructor will have an assistant go around and help people with their poses: facilitating binds, repositioining sweaty limbs, giving encouraging massages, that kind of business. I imagine that the sort of assistance that I'd receive while in the second tree shot would be of a different sort than normally practiced; I wonder if there's a special school for that.

I may be type-casting myself by this point, but I always feel the most energetic right after a shower. The warmth, softness, muscles relaxed and ready to stretch and pulse -- clean scents, dark and calm. Hair untangled, brushing at my awakened skin like fingertips. It's pretty hard to keep my hands away.

There's no reason to, really. Now all that I need is an audience.
