Happened to stumble in from the cold ... any more hot cocoa left?

Having read some of the previous posts, especially the early ones, I think it's interesting that evern though we try to think that no one can get under our skin, that the occasional jerk who sneaks in and makes judgements about people whom they really don't know, can spoil it for all the rest.

Virtually everyone here has been warm and funny and intelligent and make it a fun place to check in on. Yet for every 100 people like that, it only takes one jerk to spoil it. Those who write and submit poetry and stories have had to deal with the trolls as well. The best way to deal with 'em is to ignore 'em, because they want you to get upset. Thiink of and interact with the good ones and you'll have a lot more fun.

I thought this was a free society anyway, and the way we choose to live our lives, indoors or out, loud and boisterous or quiet and shy, is our own decision, and we should support each other in that pursuit whether we agree with it or not.

Now, having gotten that chip off my shoulder, could someone pass the cocoa?
