Maybe, some, maybe not, maybe not some, on hold with music, hold without music, and then maybe in a holding pattern for a while until he figures no one will remember or... he forgets and goes off on another tangent.

Nineteen year olds are adults. They don't need supervision. So no one is in charge. I asked several 150 year olds on SS and got the same answer.

According to the felon, there is no Palestine. It's a Middle East resort to be built soon as the riff-raff are relocated.

Yep. Er, nope. It doesn't look like now, after the election. Cut their health care support and fired some 'bad' generals. Not looking good for our guys/girls/others in the services.
