Ok, yesterday morning I ran out of my condo and slipped on the 2" of ice! So i dislocated my right shoulder! And i am right handed! So I would love for the sexy woman of lit to post some sexy new pics here! To help me out! ;) My left arm will get really strong with all you ladies help! So please help a lonely hurt man out!:D

I fell yesterday too. Not on ice. Not on anything special. I just... fell. I am a complete klutz.

I've been in bed on and off for the last 24+ hours with a heating pad on my lower back.
