Here's a very loose idea: I'm sure that everybody has heard a story or two about two people crossing paths by chance. One of them, perhaps a long time ago, wronged the other so grieviously that the other feels uncontrolably compelled to attack them (perhaps with lethal force). I'm certain I've seen plots like that in crime shows.
Reverse the concept.
Say you have an extremely beautiful woman, walking down the street and suddenly sees a man for whom she feels extreme, overwhelming gratitude. Perhaps he once pulled her from a burning car, or saved her baby sister from drowning, and left the scene before she could ever thank him. Indeed, her gratitude for this stranger is so intense that she simply can't help herself from pulling him into the nearest semi-private location, hasitilly undressing them both and then riding him to heaven and back.
You could leave the ending implying either that the debt has been paid (in the womans mind), or that the debt is so great it can never be fully repaid, implying that if they ever meet again, the exact same thing will happen.
If you wanted to add a comic twist to the story, you could make it that the whole encounter was a case of mistaken identity, and the man, while extremely delighted, is left wondering why this stranger just had sex with him.
