I do have a far advanced story of a sexy escape room. Not quite what you imagined, but close.
Each room has little in it, but these escape room experts understand they need to use anything they're given. They got outfits matching the story of the escape room, so they use the outfits in each room to advance, stripping away their clothes each time. The puzzles also force them close or in sexy situations, until they're practically naked. There's a bed, a noise sensor and a bar that only fills if there's enough merry making in the room. They're competitive enough to try to set a record. It builds the tension before release.
