why thank you for the vote,I always think i sound just awful on the phone,,I do sound different in person I have been told.I use the phone a lot at work,,,,and I think i sound more professional maybe?but off the phone,,,much softer,lower voice.Still hate my accent,,though,,,,I hope i do "phone"ok,,,,, ;)
