You pervs, this isn't about sexy time.

What's the most creative/adventurous thing you've cooked?

I like writing my own recipes, so I try things over and over until it's perfect.

I can make a killer ice cream, a rich Carbonnade Flamande (Belgian Beef & Beer Stew), but I'm most proud of my authentic NY bagel recipe.

Moving from NY to Indiana left many voids, but I think the bagels were one of the hardest cravings to satisfy. Bagels here are like a friggen' dinner roll with a hole in it. Unless, of course, you're at my house!

Cooking isn't my thing generally but I do make a mean curry.

I'm launching my own food business. I've made some interesting stuff. Mostly sauces and condiments. I have a really nice Asian Ginger salad dressing. My pasta sauces have been carried by Whole Foods.

My soups are killer. I make a mean MD crab soup, cream of [fill in the vegetable] soup. I really like my red beans over rice recipe.

It all depends on what's in the fridge....I'll cook anything ...usually way better than my wife too.... Jus sayin...

I like Cuban Food. I made up a sandwich. Picadillo Sloop Joes.

I haven't made this yet but thinking about trying it out. I want to make pasta and then stuff it into sausage casing. Once it's stuffed, cook the casing in bacon fat.

All my cooking is pretty simple, straight forward fare. Then again, to me the test of skill is not the complicated stuff, it's doing the simple stuff well.

I have tried my hand at so many things over the years like duck, cornish game hens etc. but I prefer desserts. I like to bake the best.

I make yummy ricotta from scratch. It's a recipe I borrowed from Sunset magazine!

I am quite creative in the kitchen and often post on FB.

I cook a lot of different things & modify some things.
My specialty's are probably pasta dishes, but I get the best response for my brined turkey's. The most mouth watering, moist white meat I ever made/had. Now I have to do all the Christmas, Thanksgiving & Easter birds.

I don't do anything super fancy in the kitchen, sad to say :(

I am trying to improve my chili, one batch at a time. My last batch was a bit disappointing. The flavor was okay, not spicy enough for my tastes. I think I'll give it another go next weekend.

Well I think the most fun thing I have done in a kitchen was an entire chinese banquet from scratch.
Dim sims, Spring rolls, 3 types of yum cha for entree. Hot and sour soup, Chicken and corn soup, Seafood laksa (I know not traditionally chinese but guests loved it). Heaps of steamed rice, fried rice and Chinese vegetables. Plus black bean steak, Sichuan chicken, and Twice cooked pork. Dessert was Deep fried ice cream.

It took me all day and some of the previous day but it was worth it.

Do you add unsweetened chocolate? Amps up the flavor.

Also, chipotle in adobo bring a spicy smokiness.
