Reuben
The car pulled up outside Reuben's house.Set back from the road, it was nicely secluded. And the team party wouldn't be disturbed.
"Keep her amused in her for a few minutes more, Julie. I've got to check everything is still in place." An evil glint accompanied Reuben as he walked up to the barn. His parents had made money, and the edge of town had provided a large country style setting with a fair amount of land. And part of the grounds had a barn. It was normally used to keep the Classic Car collection - but they were with his parents at some Regional event so the barn was empty.
Well, it had been. Reuben had been busy, because much as he knew that winning the bet was a dead cert and they would need somewhere spacious, he had other ideas.
Julie.
So some little tease from another school would please the rest of the guys. What he wanted was to take Julie and her reputation and make her his. Just his. No-one else.
The first little gamble hadn't quite worked out. He'd hoped she would have jumped on the 'cuffs idea - that would have been fun. But she hadn't shied away from using them.
He opened the main doors on the barn. Inside was just as he left it. Newly laid straw on the floor, a few hay bales scattered around, and a good pile of bales in a bed-shape stacked in the centre.
A quick glance into the third horse box (although the horses had been sold the second they moved here) saw that everything was in place. This should be fun.
He scurried back to the door and waved everyone in.
