Alina Habba; a Failure of her Law School.

I can't tell if she's just completely incompetent or had made the calculation to tank her case in court and instead focus solely on defending her client in the court of public opinion until he becomes president again and will enjoy full immunity again.

Both.

Obviously.

Must be HubbaHabba's law degree?

Habba does a swift 180 on the quote of an anonymous report of Judge Kaplan and Prosecutor Kaplan (no relation) being cosy together because they both worked at a large law practice 30 years ago. One being a junior associate and the other a senior partner.

Now I've never worked in such a business (neither has anyone else here) but I doubt that such people share the same dining room or rest room.

Obviously it's not the fault of the highly esteemed attorney Habba that the anonymous allegation had no substance, it was never her responsibility to check its veracity before pushing it as grounds for appeal. So we're all good, right?

Ha, very convenient. First, you spout nonsense as if it's fact, and then if something goes wrong, you say, "I'm just asking questions". It's no wonder her school disowned her. I bet if they could, they'd erase any trace of her ever attending there altogether.

I may not be the most talented, but https://edubirdie.com/calculus-help gave me the ability to cope. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to stand this calculus homework and my teacher.

Whenever did I say 'I'm just asking questions, NewAlt?

That's Tucker Carlson's MO.

That's plain insulting.
It's not terribly unusual. Very few of their graduates get mentioned, and a lot of those mentions are awards and stuff that do not translate into business success.

As far as I can see, however, a lawyer would be crazy to take Trump as a client. His legal troubles are trumped-up of course, but they involve multiple areas of law, and because of the press attention will become a huge hassle which can only damage the lawyer's reputation. There are better profits elsewhere.

He's a Putin shill who visits Viktor OrbƔn in Hungary for his covid-era vacations. Used to wear bow-ties but was fired for being a lying twerp.
Putin is a civic nationalist; I'm not so sure about Orban. Any conservative who does not support Ukraine is going to be seen as a Russia shill in about three or four months.

Yes, but just one of a caption-list in her year book. Not even a word of description.

Civic nationalism, otherwise known as democratic nationalism and liberal nationalism, is a form of nationalism that adheres to traditional liberal values of freedom, tolerance, equality and individual rights and is not based on ethnocentrism. Wiki

Not the putin most people would recognise.
