Alan Suzuki stood before the crowd wondering how he had managed to get involved in something like this. He had only be working at the company for a little over two months now. Mason and Mason was one of the largest companies in the world yet no one could seem to figure out why they were so successful. The higher in the company you were the more extravagant your lifestyle was.
The half American half Japanese man sighed as the nerves began to overtake him. He was about to be involved in a wrestling match that could change his life for the better or for the worse. He wasn't exactly sure that the risk necessarily corresponded with the reward though. The thing was that he would do anything to make his newly wed blond haired blue eyed wife happy. She was truly the driven one in the family and when they had come here last month to be introduced to the process of how promotions worked at Mason and Mason she had urged him to get involved in the first available match he could. She wanted to move up the chain as quickly as possible.
His wife was beautiful and had a way of getting him to do things he wasn't keen on doing. She was smart beautiful and ambitious. She was already a Junior partner at her law firm and she hadn't even been there two years. He on the other hand had just gotten a masters in business management and had both kind of moved into their relationship as two attractive young people with what amounted to a business relationship as a marriage. She tended to push him so that they could be the power couple she so desired.
Alan really had no experience fighting he had always avoided such things in the past deciding he didn't want to be some stereotyped Japanese American that knew Karate which he knew most did not. He realized now that he might just be losing everything as he stared at his opponent across from him.
