Hey y’all, I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday. I have a little health update for anyone who has wondered not that you’re all wondering, but I know I posted images with my heart monitor and I had shared that I was going through a little bit of testing and it sounds like everything is all good so I’m super stoked to hear that news.

To celebrate. I made a video this morning that I probably won’t share with anybody except one beautiful lady, but here is a still from the video.
