I have done that a couple of times. Just be glad you don't have a hairy chest lol. Sadistic nurse shaved me with a chunk of steel salvaged from the Titanic. Then sandpaper.

Oh I had to wear one of those for two weeks as well. I had extreme sleep apnea. Had a sleep study done and while severe apnea is an average of 30 events per hour, my number ended up being 109. Since I had it bad for a few years, they feared I'd done some damage to my heart. Thankfully it turned out fine...hope yours does too!

That is just one of the reasons I’m glad my chest isn’t hairy haha

Ouch! I have hairy arms and always make sure I ask for the sticky band stuff instead of tape so I don’t pull it all off lol
