Did Middle America re-brand itself as Central America as a way to honor the growing Hispanic population?

The taste. The texture. The flavour combination. It was so simple, moist, and so delicious. It had beef (the most amazing beef patties) and layers of melted cheese and pickles and onions and tomato sauce? I'm not sure what sauce. But it was perfect.
I'm used to burgers that, well... have a variety of ingredients that sometimes don't combine quite well. Chicken or beef, onions, cheese, egg, bacon, beetroot, lettuce, tomato or bbq sauce, mayo etc on a burger bun. Sometimes even carrot. You name it, you can put it on a burger. Not that it's bad or anything, but the American style, for me... Just far superior.
What's porable cheese?
I guess all melted cheeses are porable, but I guess that's not what you mean.
It's the cheese like they use in a fondue. Instead of sliced cheese they pour this mess over the meat.
You know you could always go back and ask them what the red stuff was on your burger...
I'm betting it was plain old ordinary ketchup but I wasn't there and didn't get a sample to taste. However, what I do know is that making a great cheeseburger is an art form that requires specific ingredients, cook to perfection, combined and melded together to form an exquisite sum that is more than the individual parts and a very special sauce called "hunger."

Now, I want a juicy burger. Maybe I will make the delish juicy Lucy for dinner this evening.
Top it how you want, but you must toast the buns.

I used to call my vagina Juicy Lucy.
I imagine you're making a different burger.
