Only in New York State in the US, in East Rochester, Rochester, Fairport, Penfield, Brighton, Webster, Brockport, Hamlin, Kendall and Batavia altogether. Other places were in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; and in Cwmbran, Newport, Cardiff and Bristol in Britain.
