Ok someone i know was told by a girl that he's having sex with that you shouldn't eat 2 hrs before sex otherwise things will get messy. I find this slightly strange unless you have EXCELLENT digestion/bowel movements, however i've never done anal so i thought i'd ask you lot on his behalf.

Either she's confusing the old wives tale of eating before swimming or she's just trying to get out of having her ass poked.

In most "normal" humans it takes at least a day for anything that you ate today to work its way through the system.......unless, of course, you have mixed some sort of toxic combination or have food poisoning.

Anyway - even if a "mess" occurs - it all comes out in the wash and off in the shower.
