Silicone lube because it's super slick and doesn't dry out. It's more expensive, but it's a true multitasker and a pint will probably last you years (as long as you don't contaminate it, it won't go bad, unlike most water-based lubes), so it's probably cheaper in the long-run.

You shouldn't need to do any cleansing besides having a bowel movement that day and a good shower. Frequent enemas are really bad for your bowels and kidneys, but if you do want to do the occasional enema, stick with plain old warm water. Remember that your bowels are made of delicate tissue and contain lots of good bacteria, so you don't want to use soap, hot water, or anything else that might irritate the tissue or throw off the bacterial balance.

For cleaning everything out, I guess just make sure the person receiving has went to the bathroom a good bit before and won't have anything in there to get in the way. As long as they don't leave things icky then it should be fine.
No idea on the last. Vibrating in there is a bit not so great.

I want to second everything SweetErika said and add a few points.

1. Most beginners get the angle of insertion all wrong. The angle should be more like you are aiming from the anus to the bellybutton. If you aim from the anus to the center of the back, it's going to HURT!

2. He (The one receiving the penetration in this case) should flex his rectum as if he is trying to poop. That sounds counter-intuitive, but trust me. It will make insertion much easier.

3. He needs to relax - really relax.

4. Go slow.

5. Using some sort of intermediate sized plug or dildo (a girth halfway between the size of his thumb and the dildo you intend to use) first will go a long way to make things easier. It provides some stretch without much discomfort, and it allows him to get used to the feeling and RELAX.

Strap on fucking is so hot. we do it about once a week.

One word of caution about the diameter of the dildo-the maximum diameter that is comfortable for me is 1 5/16 inch, but 7 inches long is fine. We prefer silicone dildos.
