I read in the paper where a fairly well known comedian was coming to town, and for lack of something better to do, I decided to go see him, but wasn't about to do it alone.

A little research using Google I found some comments about a recent performance somewhere, where he was criticized for using foul language in his jokes, most of which involved bathroom usage and sexual activity, neither of which were foreign to me, but being open minded I thought it might just have been tailored for his audience at the venue, and thought I might give him a chance but I needed support from someone I trusted, and called Bill and made the date.

On the way I clued him in on what I had found, so we were both forewarned.
