Andrew Tate was NOT “cleared” of anything. The Crown Prosecution Service simply did not charge Tate at the time because it felt there was insufficient evidence. They have since FILED CRIMINAL CHARGES AFTER NEW EVIDENCE WAS BROUGHT TO LIGHT (and there was serious scrutiny of their initial decision not to charge Tate the first time).
