A how to - on testing automobiles and other crashables.

The purchase of a helmet is required to complete the book.

Mine are.....

Peanut butter, Triscuits, V-8 juice, various cheap cheeses, Cottage Cheese, Laury'e Salt, Horse Radish, dill pickles, green olives, toast in any form w/Marmalade, Ramin noodle soups, Centrum, Ecenasia (spelling?), and green tea - and that's about it.

I could live forever of this.

No - not quite where I was thinking....

I'm thinking that "if you had to limit yer food stuff's to a few favorites - what would they be - for the rest of your life?"

Only a few too.

In fact I've often thought if you could narrow it down to the fewest choices possigle - what could they be to keep you relatively healthy?

Water
Orange juice (vitamin C)
Peanut butter (protein and fat)
Bread (fiber)

Maybe just that. 4 things. Man! That's cheap livin'!
