I’m losing my mind. Again I don’t remember all the details.
MC’s wife has a temper. She has some kind of party or dinner to go to, and MC is supposed to go with her, but has to drive out of town for work. He promises to be back in time. She’s not happy about it. He goes and is driving back when he gets into an accident and goes off the road. It takes time for him to be found. Meanwhile, she’s upset that he’s not there in time. She tries calling. He doesn’t respond. As I remember, she throws her phone and it ends up under the couch. Consequently she doesn’t gets calls from the hospital. I seem to remember her checking the news for accidents, but since they hadn’t found him at the time, nothing was on the news. She goes without him. I remember questionable things happening at the party/dinner, but I don’t remember if she actually cheated on him.
