I taught some university courses back in my 20s when I was in grad school. That experience left me feeling like students were and should be regarded as asexual beings. They may be nominally adults, but really they're still kids...still figuring out who they are, desperate for affirmation, etc. There's a power dynamic there in addition to a professional relationship, and if you introduce a sexual component to it you're just asking for trouble. I couldn't imagine sexualizing that kind of dynamic.
