strange post. from my experience, guys either like bbws or they dont. ive never know one to say there was a difference. but that might be because i married a man who was previously married to a girl bigger than i am now. when we met i was 175 lbs, cute and in high school. by no means was a skinny though, but i am tall. 13 years and one kid later, i am not the same size by far, but at my height, im 5'9", even though i weigh a lot more than his ex wife (i'll be honest, i weigh about 250), i look a hell of a lot thinner.

but your comment about sex, just reinforced my self consciousness about my body image in the bedroom. as a bbw i struggle with what i look like, and if often leads to what is the other person thinking, and it just throws the night off. i constantly worry if i look too big if i lean one way or another, or im my body moves too much, etc.

you are entitled to your opinion, sure, but i somehow dont think im the only one who is going to be a little hurt by your posting this in a bbw friendly thread. instead of telling her to get off her ass and move, why not provide her some motivation and go out with her? instead of telling her to watch what she eats, help her choose the right things. my husband is 5'4" and about 120 lbs. he loves junk food, but he will go shopping with me and he will give me his input on healthier foods if he likes them or not. he is also in the military, and he has been a huge motivator to me to go walk the track with him while he runs. i dont like to do anything alone, and him helping me has been the biggest motivation. hearing someone tell you to do something is not the same thing as being asked if they can help you do it. try a little tact. not only that, but give her credit, maybe if she does start making a bigger effort, its not gonna melt off. she might even have medical issues that arent exactly weight loss assisting, ie. slow metabolism, thyroid problems, you just never know. some medications i take dont exactly pile on the pounds, but they have affected my weight as a side effect. its not an excuse why im big, its just why i dont lose weight as quickly. so cut her some slack.
