Any time I get linked to something and told to turn the sound up I turn it down or off. It's always the same thing, and I have never fallen for one, even the first .gif that I was linked to with no sound (it got spoiled by someone who watched it frame by frame before I got there).

Then again, I have gotten a few people to jump from the Kikia flash animation
