Are you sure you aren't my wife? She said the exact same thing!!! It is a very valid question. I think there is always something to explore, no matter what your boundaries may be. My wife was truly concerned that once anal sex wasn't a big deal that I might want to try something else, something she wasn't willing to try, and then I'd get frustrated and bored. Haha, I know what you mean, but in a way this is sort of the same thing. When is this stretching and prolonging and finding more "dangerous" and exciting things and ways going to stop?
