Anyone from NYC?

Well, we will make you an honorary member/dweller of NYC then!!! I am in mid-town, not too far from MSG. Next time you are in the area, I am sure we can arrange to catch up at a local Starbucks! ;)

Someone's PM box is full!
My daughter is in the upper West side...... around 72nd Street

Well that is easy enough to manuever to! The A,B,C or 1,2,3 subways run up around the west side... and go right to MSG!

Well, let me know when you are visiting again. I work some goofy shifts, but would be neat to talk in person.

Happy 4th of July!!!

Morning Bumps...

Back to the daily grind and reality, NYC!!! The holiday is over for most of us!

Have a great day!

Going to be gone...

Good morning, NYC!

I hope all those lurking from the Big Apple (and those that love the city) will keep this thread alive over the next 2 weeks...

I am leaving Saturday morning around 2am to pull my 2 weeks as a Medical officer at a National Guard facility... Sleeping on a lumpy, musty smelling bunk bed, in an open bay barracks that has a fan the size of a C-130 engine for the A/C. Don't worry too much about me as the worst scenario for me is that I come home sore and tired. My job will be safe. The crew I am overseeing is training for all Emergency Services/Ground Search and Rescue type operations. <I do hope some of you will miss me, though!>

If I can get on here, I will post a few hugs and kisses, but it will be questionable what kind of "private" online time I will have.

Sure wish I was going to Italy, snuggling in the arms of a handsome, passionate man, smothered by his kisses and returning the same to him... maybe someday... SIGH!!! If you can't dream, what can you do! ;)

Ciao!!!

Stopping in...

Had a chance to stop in, only a New York Minute kind of stopping in...

Hope all are well and staying cool in all the hot weather! Stay safe!

Only good reason for having to come to work today is the air conditioning. Otherwise, it's so beautiful outside that I wish I could've called in sick.

And the Yankees are POUNDIN' the Angels today! With no Vaseline! :catroar:

Stay cool!!!

Bump!

Here is hoping all my fellow NYC'ers are doing well and surving heat and storms and transit delays! This, too, shall pass! ;)

Not from NYC and really have no desire to go there (unless of course to visit you...lol)...I just wanted to say hi to a sweet lady. Not working tonight or done for the night?

Thank you to another sweet lady in return! And you are quite welcome to visit the city that never sleeps! There is so much to do here, and I have barely scratched the surface. It would be fun to do a girls day/night on the town!

I am actually out of town at this writing, had meetings all day and now too wired to sleep! I guess I had to much caffeine in my Coca Cola! LOL!

I know what you mean about being too wired to sleep...although I do think I hear my pillow softly calling.

Our coporate office is in NYC, so maybe I could find a way to make it a business trip that would be more fun than business!!! No time left this year, unless something crazy happens and I would get sent there and that is not about to happen.

I heard a rumor that you might be making a trip next weekend...that would be wonderful! I am pretty positive that I am going.

It seems the upstate New Yorkers are dominating the New York State thread and well Jersey is Jersey. Anyone from NYC?
I'm a New Yorker, moved up to the wrong end of the State a year ago.

There are lots of things to do in the Big Apple.
