Very much depends what you are putting in it I think. Just butter? Then sourdough.

Definitely sourdough then I think. The wrap won't have the necessary structural integrity for scrambled eggs.

You can put scrambled eggs in the wrap. Add some cheese, maybe some sausage. Whatever you want, really. We call them burritos.

If the wrap is a smaller size, use less egg/meat and call it an egg taco. Both ways are delicious!
