I went through a phase of playing Sid Meier's games. Anyone remember Civilisation, Alpha Centauri and Alien Crossfire?

I still play Civilization! The later versions have been lack luster

Think it was Half Life we used to play when on night duty, i used to love taking a sniper position in a tower and wait. Then pick one off and i would here someone on another desk say "fucker" happy days

I remember doing this in Unreal Tournament on of one of the stages!

Funny when my mum hears that I still play games she asks “have you not grown up yet?” And then go into telling me how I would watch cartoons and game when I was young .

Do you still cycle? How many miles do you do weekly?

I respect that. Cycling takes a lot of time and can be dangerous.

A friend of mine used to cycle from Bedfordshire to Yorkshire to see his family.
