I was half asleep and walking in the dark so as not to wake my wife, or myself too much. Him getting up must have woken me, because he was coming up the passage as I was walking down. It did give me a fright

I went to that pilates class and it was great. I'd forgotten the most important part of classes is the chit-chat beforehand. I find the repetitions of movement quite calming ... I'd forgotten that too.
